Scheduled meetings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance for non-emergency reasons will be billed to your account at your regular hourly rate.

While we try to work with our clients and partners to change priorities and schedules we are not able to cancel work that has been completed. Whenever work is in queue and you would like us to cancel it we are happy to do so within your service level agreement.
An example of this would be if you have an outsourced marketing package with us and you'd like us to use your 20 hours this month on creating marketing materials (like whitepapers or case studies) and cancel any social media moderation. We are happy to reconfigure your usage.
If we have already spent hours scheduling your social media posts for the month we will be unable to credit the hours worked, but can hold of on moderation
